Introduction “London has long attracted immigrants from different ethnic and social compositions, wealth and education levels”.London is the capital of England and the United Kingdom . The city is the main political, economic and cultural center of the United Kingdom. London's economy makes up a fifth of the UK economy. London has long attracted immigrants from different ethnic and social compositions, wealth and education levels. The rural poor of former British colonies and richer people from other countries push themselves out there. People who come to London are looking for a good education, a job for survival, a secure life, etc. Therefore, the level of social stratification in London is one of the highest in the world, and immigration plays the most important role in it. Economic factors. Immigrants in London are those people looking for skilled and unskilled work; go for family reunion, asylum seekers, students. They have many different factors such as economic, social, educational factors, etc. The first reason for immigration is the size of London's economy. This means that there are many opportunities to enter the job market. London's job market has become increasingly polarized in recent years. The number of well-paying jobs and salaries in the highest positions have increased significantly. Surveys indicate that as many as 22% of graduates hired in the financial and business services sectors come from overseas. Migrants represent an important part of the workforce in management positions of companies that have an international or even global reach. Some sectors also depend on the migrant workforce, especially in the public sector where wages do not have the higher costs of living in London and recruitment is therefore... middle of paper......d education, quiet and secure life , and only for those who want to find a good place for recreational tourism.Works Cited1.
