Root cause analysis has 5 whys that could be a great tool to use to determine the problem using symptoms. Some sort of standardized RCA model could be used by project managers. 3. Write a management decision statement and corresponding research objectives. Can RCA be used and implemented into a solution model that can be used by project managers similar to Six Sigma? Can project managers use a standardized RCA model with a list of factors that can be used to understand what the root cause of a problem is? The objective of the research is to determine whether project managers would use an RCA model to help solve problems and provide solutions. Not all project managers use Six Sigma programs, research should determine the percentage of project managers who would use RCA. 4. Determine the unit of
