It basically means that every application is provided as a service over the Internet to the user. From the User's point of view, he accesses his files, programs and other services via the Internet hosted by other service providers. Another aspect of cloud computing is the cost-effectiveness of this technology which has made businesses use this technology to consume their IT services in a cost-effective manner. With the commercialization of this technology, the hype around cloud computing technology is growing at the speed of light. Cloud Computing is in use now, but it is still an emerging technology. It is not known how this technology can be used and for what purposes it will be used and what kind of ethical questions these developments will raise in the future. A precautionary principle is obtained to control the emergence of ethical issues. It is good to react before unexpected consequences arise through these ethical issues. Technical problems can be solved at the time of growth, but ethical problems must be identified before the development to success of the technology. Cloud Computing is growing rapidly and is now used by a large number of individuals and organizations. But they are not concerned about the ethical issues associated with this technology.
