DEVELOP AND PRACTICE MINDFULNESS Apply mindfulness internally, externally, everywhere and overall. We have the ability to focus perspective. For health purposes, this focus can apply to acceptance, comfort, and appreciation for who we are and where we are in this moment. Regardless of our actual behavior, this is instrumental in providing value to ourselves and strengthening the health condition. It may sound “woo-woo,” but it applies beyond spiritual connection and emotion. Mindfulness also includes awareness of how we physically interact with ourselves and our environment. This means that, with the intent of health, we are purposeful in each of our endeavors, regardless of mundanity and any previously modeled routine, ritual, or behavior. This takes shape in a new perspective, which responds to the tides of the "landscape", but facilitates our response that is in our best interests.
