Communication is the key element through which Sulzer Infra can facilitate access between headquarters and branches to transmit knowledge, skills, capabilities and commercial and technical information. For example: Working together can easily facilitate the communication process, as seen in P-teams and Know-how rings as they create a communication and coordination structure for distributing new knowledge throughout the company. A negative point of the Sulzer Infra company is the language barrier. It was a problem of intercommunication and intercultural sharing in a company. Although there were language problems, Sulzer Infra places a lot of emphasis on teamwork, which is exemplified in the company motto "a winning team". It leads to the involvement of people from different countries and offers the opportunity to meet new people within the company and promote cross-border cooperation.
