The main concern of a leader who has an autocratic leadership style is only work-related and has low regard for the employee. Tell employees to do it their way and supervise performance at key stages and develop a supportive relationship with the employee. The Laissez-Faire leadership style involves little consideration of the employee and the work tasks. They provide little to no direction and support to perform.
