Most stressed people assume that something bad is happening to them, but what if stressful things or situations could actually be a good thing for the mind and body? How can this be true?! However, too much stress cannot be good for people, saying that stress is simply bad for a person is not true. As for people who think about stress in a negative way and this is the main problem in people's lives which causes us a lot of problems in the long run, these people should be grateful for stress and the good it has done in many people's lives.
