This company plans to venture into new markets, beyond the borders of London, in the service training sector in the town of Poole, in the South West of England. Poole is a tourist town attracting visitors from all over the world who come to see its large natural harbours, its historic arts center with lighthouse and its stunning blue flag beaches. This city's port is among the busiest in the English country with cross-Channel freight and passenger ferry services, making it a hub for a large number of employees. Most of these employees work in the service sector which represents 78% of the workforce in this region. This large presence of employees cannot thrive if excellent human resource management strategies are not put in place.
