It is impossible to complete any task from start to finish without your smartphone demanding attention. Does this sound familiar? We, especially teenagers, know this type of situation. It's a huge distraction that interrupts everything we do. If so, why don't you just turn off your phone? Why can't he stop himself from focusing on this aspect? Technology plays a significant role in the social and educational lives of teenagers and makes parents and experts reflect on how teenagers today become so dependent on technology. The change in the social life of children and young generations drives research into the use of technology by young people. The feeling of well-being caused by chemicals such as adrenaline, dopamine as in gambling addiction and the joy of social networks, smartphones, online video games, but also not feeling alone and freedom in the virtual world are the factors of technology addiction. This 24/7 online connected community is actually a place to escape from stress and bad emotions.
