I feel that if a teacher has a strong growth mindset, it will definitely rub off on their students as well. Because a growth mindset will encourage us to face challenges without fear or doubt and not give up easily when faced with problems or obstacles. Instilling a growth mindset first within myself and then in the minds of my students will help me teach them the perseverance and courage to fight and learn, without giving up on saying “I can't do this, because I'm not smart enough.” That's a wonderful, positive thought to have as a student.
