The Walt Disney Company is a company that provides a broad spectrum of goods and services, making it extremely unique. The company is divided into five main categories: Media Networks, Parks & Resorts, Walt Disney Studios, Consumer Products and Disney Interactive. These five factions do different things, from producing movies to running theme parks. The Walt Disney Company, an oligopoly in that there are few companies with the same relevance in society, continues to thrive and have positive revenue in all latest annual reports. Although production costs can be extreme and expensive, The Walt Disney Company continually makes significant profits. Holding a large share of the market, Disney is a very powerful and highly relevant company. The Walt Disney Company The Walt Disney Company, since its official founding in 1923, has become a highly regarded company throughout the world. With multiple goods and services to offer, the company thrives in more than one area. Whether a family goes to the movies or buys kitchenware, Disney has found a way to ensure its company name is always present. The Walt Disney Company has classified its vast sphere of influence into five major divisions. Throughout this article, these five divisions will be analyzed in depth. Just one of these divisions of the company does not fully explain what The Walt Disney Company is. Therefore, looking at just one faction would not do justice to my chosen company.
