Everywhere I go, from shopping or to campus, Thais are afraid of them or don't want to sit with them or be friends with them because Thais think Indians are from another world and not part of Thai sociability, some Thais are prejudiced and racist towards them by distancing themselves from Indians because of their different skin colors and holding their noses because of their body odor. One day I was going home and I wanted to take a taxi, I saw a long queue, but the first two people who were in front were a Thai and an Indian, the taxi arrived and the Thai women saw that the taxi was sitting next to a Indian and quickly call another taxi, the one in the back of that Thai woman, instead an Indian guy sat in the taxi. This could easily tell you that the Thai people were trying to distance themselves from the Indian people.1. Recognize stereotypes and prejudices on campusThere are many Indians around the world, each person has their own mind and body, not all Indians are the same, but Thais think that Indians are the same because the skin color is brown, take funny and have bad body odor. The stereotype of the Indian having the worst thing that Thais hate is their smell. Thais are really racist because they have the prejudice of not being together but moving away from each other as much as possible.2. Analyze the effects of stereotypes and prejudices on campusThe stereotypes and prejudices that have the effects on Indians are their stinky body. This created the blockage in trying to understand the culture of the Indians. This effect also has on Indian people not trying to understand Thai culture.
