"Hi girls! I've always had a thing for redheads." whispers Angelina Jolie as she climbs into a bright red Ferrari and drives it away at record speed. Eleanor. What, you ask? You have to live in a box if you don't know what Eleanor is. She is the unicorn. As for the rest of us, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Gone in 60 Seconds is an amazing, fast-paced film that will make you sit on the edge of your seat. Is this my opinion? Yes, it is, but there are also millions of people who agree with me. A million people can't be wrong. This film has an excellent cast of characters that you will find yourself laughing along with. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who loves cars and everything about them. The first thing that grabs you about this film is the cast. You have Nicholas Cage, Angelina Jolie, Giovanni Ribisi and so much more. If you are a fan of these actors, you definitely want to check out this movie. Nicholas Cage and Angelina Jolie bring this film to life. Their on-screen chemistry is impressive. This movie is about upgrading cars. What is a push? Taking cars you don't own. Nicholas Cage is given the monumental task of saving his brother's (Ribisi) life after his character accepts a challenge... upgrade 50 cars in two days! Ribisi plays a reckless young man who gets lost in the world of car theft. Cage comes to his brother's rescue by agreeing to pay his debt to the villain in this film, Raymond Calitri. If Ribisi doesn't steal 50 cars and put them on a boat within two days, Calitri will kill him. Nicholas Cage has to come out of retirement after promising his mother he would stop stealing cars forever. Right from the start, this movie is full of action-packed, funny and memorable quotes. Here... middle of paper... the highly suspenseful ending keeps you guessing until the last minute. In the end, Nicholas Cage saves the life of one of the police officers and somehow this forgives all the illegal events of the night. Calitri is dead. Eventually, the entire crew gathers to discuss the work they just did. As a goodwill gesture, Ribisi gives his brother, Nicholas Cage, an Eleanor of his own. It's a little beat up and needs a lot of work, but everyone laughs and loves it. Nicholas Cage and Angelina Jolie ride into the sunset in Eleanor... and it leaves you wanting more. Once again, I highly recommend you take the time to watch this action-packed, fast-paced film. I hope you enjoy it as much as everyone who has already seen it. I also think it's one of those great movies that you'll want to own on DVD/Blue Ray so you can pull it out and watch it whenever you feel like it..
