Nursing has always been considered an important profession, so many efforts are made to make it seem more responsive to patients' needs. Policy makers propose many recommendations that could make this noble profession more beneficial to ordinary people. The future nursing recommendations proposed by the IOM represent an effort in this direction and numerous recommendations have been made. I will discuss three of them here and see what the impact will be on me. The first of these recommendations calls for increasing the percentage of nurses with a baccalaureate degree to 80% by 2020, which is a good step toward bringing more skills into this profession. . Previously it was a diploma after high school and most students could not be prepared to become mature professionals and did all their learning after entering practical life. I would definitely encourage this recommendation and would also like to improve my qualifications, which could be achieved through some training courses for nurses already in service. It's about being compliant and equipping ourselves with the needs of time and by 2020 we will all need to be equipped to deal with the situation and I see myself included. The second recommendation regarding the future of nursing aims to double the number of nurses with doctorates by the set deadline of 2020. It would give impetus to this profession which previously had a very limited number of doctorates and also as a profession did not have the status which should due to the limited qualification of people in this career. I see myself supporting this initiative again as it will directly change the mentality that usually exists about it. It turns out that apparently... half of the paper... will help me play an important role in the future of nursing as I would be equipped with the latest educational credentials and also play a vital role in the In the nursing arena, as As things change at a rapid pace, you need to have everything in your pocket to respond to these changes. The level of education would help me play a constructive role in transforming this profession into a more stable and valued profession. The role will change as the level of education increases, from worker to leader.
