Has there ever been an invention so great that it changed people's daily lives? A New York man named Joseph C. Gayette created a life-changing invention in 1857 known as toilet paper. It has since given rise to one of the most hotly debated topics: whether toilet paper should be placed on the holder so that the end is on top or comes out from underneath. Millions of people have seen this the wrong way and change is needed immediately. Life will be so much better once people start putting toilet paper in the holder the right way. The correct way to put toilet paper on the holder is for the end to fall over the top because it is nicer, easier to reach and easier to tear. When I first see the pattern on toilet paper, it's like seeing a beautiful painting by a famous artist. I don't understand why anyone would want to cover up the beautiful patterns of flowers, swirls or other designs.
