Patagonia promotes a healthy environment for the well-being of its employees. Some say that Patagonia is a very relaxed company that encourages its employees to work without stress. In return, employees provide top-notch customer service that their competitors envy. The employee turnover rate is considerably low and can be associated with a positive work environment. Patagonia has become a leader in its industry by taking innovative and environmentally conscious risks. They are clearly at the forefront of the outdoor clothing market and will continue to thrive in a “green” industry”.”
