Learning style is cognitive, emotional and physiological factors can clearly define how a student behaves within a structured learning environment. Additionally, different learning styles can provide educators with a basic understanding of how students prefer to learn. However, learning styles should not be used to divide people into learning subgroups. Individuals can learn with any learning style, however they may prefer one style over another. Appealing to the adult learner can be less difficult and more informative based on the learner's prior knowledge. To achieve the learning objectives, the trainer must ensure that the correct learning method is suitable for students to acquire the skill or learn the theory.
