Food: There is no single “Brazilian food” but there is an assortment of various regional traditions and typical dishes. Diversity is linked to the origins of the people who inhabit each region. For example, the cuisine of Bahia (city in Brazil) is strongly influenced by the mix of African, indigenous and Portuguese foods. Chili pepper and palm oil are very common. But in the northern states, due to the abundance of forests and freshwater rivers, fish and cassava are the staple foods. In the Deep South more traditional foods will be shared with neighbors Argentina and Uruguay, with many meat products, due to the farming of this region. One of the main dishes of Brazil is “Churrasco”. For example, one of the most well-known Brazilian street foods is "Acaraje", or fried shrimp and onion meatballs. Fried rice balls are similar to hush puppies made with rice instead of corn flour. And be sure to try the "Empadinhas de Palmito", small empanadas with stuffed hearts of palm. Coxinha” are my favorites, which are chicken nuggets made in the shape of thighs. Another type of food in Brazil that I really like is the desert called “Brigadeiro”. Feijoada, when you see what's there you might think it's not good food but when you try it you will love it. In feijoada there are black beans with the addition of pieces of beef and pork. Churrasco, in Brazil simply refers to a barbecue, which consists almost of large pieces of meat cooked on skewers. If you go to Brazil, you have to go to a churrascaria, a restaurant that offers all types of meat. Cities: Brazil is a diverse and huge country. There are large, medium and small islands extending from the coast. From the Brazilian city...... in the middle of the paper......there is to do a kind of competition, but before the competition they train for at least 1 month, and they do a kind of competition for some young judges who did better, it's really a great event, but this event doesn't have a reason why it does it, but if you go to Brazil you have to go to this party, it's amazing. The typical musical genres of the Brazilian carnival are, in Rio de Janeiro (and in the Sudeat region in general): the samba enredo, the samba, the samba do coro and the marchenha in Pernambuco and Bahia (and in the Northeast region in general) the main genres are: frevo, maracatu, samba reggae and Ax music. Carnival is Brazil's most famous celebration and has become an event of enormous proportions. Except for industrial production, commercial establishments such as shopping centers and carnival-related activities, the country comes to a complete standstill for almost a week and the celebrations.
