Introduction to the problemLife as we know it today is filled with many problems. Of all the problems, bullying is probably the most serious and probably the worst. Statistics show that one in seven children in grades K-12 have been bullied or are a bully. The problem of bullying is likely to be more common among teenagers. It is said that 30% of teenagers have been involved in bullying, either as a bully or as a victim. Bullying is also common in college and the workplace, but it is now as serious as teen bullying. This bullying is taken lightly, it's not really taken seriously. Many school officials try to solve the problem by exploiting the issue and its consequences in front of students, but they are not taken seriously. Some say that due to bullying, people resort to suicide as a way to resolve the problem. Some people also say that when kids go to the post office and shoot up their schools it's another result of bullying. These are two very encompassing possibilities. Before anyone can make accusations of bullying and what is considered bullying, we must first recognize what it is. People talk about bullying. There is a lot of controversy surrounding bullying, but what really is bullying?
