We all face challenges in our lives. My father's battle with chronic cancer and my struggle with depression and dyslexia, while living abroad independently from a young age, are some of the challenges I have faced in my life. These experiences not only built a solid foundation for self-improvement but also inspired me to become an avid researcher with an eminent interest in understanding societies and individuals. My interests in international business and organizational dynamics, facilitated by a diverse spectrum of personal experiences and family backgrounds, have led me to believe that understanding organizational dynamics and behaviors is a prerequisite for understanding and effectively managing our societies. Therefore, I seek to undertake another challenge of personal growth and obtaining useful skills that allow me to truly engage with the constructive force that shapes us all. I believe that this objective can be sufficiently achieved only by reading the MA Management & Organizational Analysis at the University of Warwick. I have had the privilege of actively engaging in social welfare and organizational management with global perspectives, thanks to dinner table discussions with my social worker mother and CEO my father provoked me from a young age. Having encountered the international spectrum of cultures and values ​​by traveling and living abroad, reading the MA in Politics at the University of Durham gave me the opportunity to rigorously investigate societies and organizations in academia. The social, ethical and political concepts and practices learned during the course stimulated me to achieve adequate analytical skills to critically and innovatively evaluate the delicate and interdependent relationship... middle of paper... very demanding, I believe I am been prepared with adequate skills to work under pressure with a sincere commitment to excellent performance, as can be observed from my continuous progress for 3 years. Although my academic record is not exceptional, my serious extenuating circumstances should be taken into account to explain this. I believe that my enthusiasm for innovation, wide range of international experiences and thirst for learning combined can provide a synergistic effect with what MA Management and Organizational Analysis. at the University of Warwick can offer mutual benefits.
