Jackie Chan is a well-known Chinese American actor and martial artist, he is famous for his martial arts films and techniques. From 2000 to 2005, Chan lent his voice to Jackie Chan Adventure for a cartoon role. Chan hit number one at the box office with his third film in the Rush Hour series. He began his film career at the age of eight, he appeared with some of his fellow "Little Fortunes", in the film Big and Little Wong Tin Bar in late 1962. Jackie became an actor since his first film. "Little Wong Tin Bar" later became a martial artist. He became a child actor and from then on it was one step after another: child actor, stuntman, stunt coordinator, director, screenwriter, cameraman and more. Jackie Chan is an outstanding Hong Kong actor, martial artist and stuntman due to his significant roles in the film industry. Jackie Chan started when he was only eight years old and a student at the China Drama Academy, he later became famous after appearing in several martial arts and action films. Chan's first film was titled Big and Little Wong Tin Bar. He later went on to be part of a stunt show group called The Seven Little Fortunes. As Chan grew up, he became a stunt double and an extra in films until his big break. Mark Pollard stated that: "In 1959, the China Drama Academy was founded by Yu Jim-yuen, a strict northern kung fu practitioner who taught theatrical acrobatics, singing and acting to enrolled children for 10 years.
