If it is true that the systematization of work has led to unemployment and pollution, it is not all bad. Governments are fighting hard to end unemployment once and for all, but it is not so easy to eradicate a disease problem linked to poverty and illiteracy. For young people, the central government is responsible for providing employment and rarely sees them as a source of employment. In recent decades, companies have raised the issue of women's participation in important areas of social life, asking for more active participation from women in all sectors, political, social and work, so much so that laws in favor of women have been approved.
