How would students feel if all they had to do to get a good, balanced education was take a few steps in their living room? What if they could ask questions, interact and get involved as much or as little as they choose, be able to proceed at their own pace and get the personal help they need? This can easily be done through what is known as homeschooling. According to the Oxford Dictionary, homeschooling is defined as education received at home rather than at school. In contrast to parents' common belief that homeschooling will hinder their children's social skills and will not provide the best environment for serious education as well as not giving students more opportunities in their future, homeschooling, in fact, it does the opposite. It provides numerous benefits to both the child and the parent when used correctly, given the right environment and the right amount of time. Homeschooling can be a more comfortable alternative for students than a traditional school because it allows them to get individual attention, gain access and control over the material they receive, and gives them more time for recreational activities. People who oppose homeschooling say that students cannot obtain information effectively unless they are placed in an environment specifically for that purpose. This essentially means that students should go to school, learn and interact with other students instead of studying individually. However, they fail to mention that community learning may not give space for teachers to identify and remedy each student's vulnerabilities, and thus students will remain tied to their shortcomings and weaknesses, which is considered the opposite purpose of… .half of paper ......traveling from England to Qatar and from the United States to Australia, they gather to socialize and practice their activities together. To summarize, homeschooling gives students time to enjoy recreational activities of their choosing, which makes the process much more fun and rewarding. Furthermore, students can gather with their friends or other homeschooled children and share their activities together, which also provides them with a much better recreational environment.
