What I've LearnedWhen I think about what counts as learning for me, I think about my life. Just being able to live in this world is a learning experience for me, because I feel like my life is full of lessons and I believe that it takes lessons to learn in life. I feel like I have learned to understand learning more and also understand the value of learning. As I get older I understand topics more than I ever could before. I'm learning to be more serious and find myself no longer taking life for granted. I also feel like maturing counts as learning for me because growing up I was constantly called immature. For me, maturing counts as learning because I find myself doing things I never thought I would do, like going to university, for example. I'm learning that I have the ability to attend college and have the ability to do something for myself. I feel this way because I realized that many people don't have the ability to go to college and make something out of their lives. Since I have this option, I will make the most of it while I am in college. I've learned that I need to focus more if I want to go to college. I need to focus more because I know college isn't like high school and in high school I didn't really focus. College is also a great learning experience for me because it helps me get rid of bad habits I had. These bad habits include things like not being prepared for when I have to take a test and not studying. I realized I needed better study habits when I failed my first test in college. I did badly because I didn't study; it was an old habit I was used to and the main reason I did poorly... middle of paper... I know I need more learning if I want to find what I want to be in life. I feel that a person needs to learn to be successful. I look forward to learning more things as my life goes on. I see the world as brand new because I am growing and maturing. I think it's surprising that I feel this way because I didn't think I would ever be this way, ever. I finally feel like I will reach my goal and find the right passion for me if I continue to learn and mature more, I feel like I will be a new and better person.
