Each day I will track in Meditrek the hours obtained in the clinic, as well as the graph of each individual patient who was seen during the clinic day. Every day I plan to hit different milestones to achieve all of my goals during the clinical experience. In addition to achieving goals during the semester, goals will also be achieved. The objectives that will be achieved include the strengthening of the nursing profession through academic progress in order to improve personal growth and development, the creation of an educational environment in order to develop personal knowledge and skills, educate diverse learning while maintaining professional standards, encouraging students and through evidence-based research. Along with the objectives listed above, evaluation of health disorders of pediatric patients, evaluation of growth, development and psychosocial problems, evaluation of differentials, analysis of strategies for the management of pediatric health disorders, education of the pediatric patient and family regarding to problematic pediatric health, growth, or developmental disorders by evaluating the impact of culture on patient treatment and applying key terms, principles, and concepts that pertain to the care of pediatric patients. At the end of the rotation, every goal and objective will have been achieved, it will be possible to achieve all goals and objectives on each clinical day,
