When a school is so overcrowded, it is difficult for teachers to help students directly because there are so many children who need help, and not all of them get it, the which might cause some of them to misbehave. Another example would be the difference in quality between Anne Arundel County Public Schools and Howard County Public Schools. Anne Arundel County is full of drug lords, gangs and savagery. There would be children who would be petrified of going to school, and because of all these gangs going to school. The boy's parents would also be part of some sort of drug scene, and this would prevent the boy from going to school, or even dropping out. Many high school girls would become pregnant and drop out to find a job. These outcasts in the area usually joined a gang, got into trouble, and got arrested.
