It gave me a lot of information to read and after that I was more than happy to get involved. During camp I was amazed to see the things we had prayed for come into motion. Jesus taught us from this story that if the time is right and if we fast for the right reasons we can overcome anything and this God will provide. Fasting “you cannot live on bread alone” helps to highlight our need for God. It has taught us tenacity and to always remember why we are fasting and not to give up and not to let the enemy tempt us.
