My personal code of ethics all started with my family, especially my father, who taught me what is right and what is wrong. He said: “You should always be just a phone call away for the people in your life, and not just your friends and family, but those you haven't spoken to in years.” My mother raised me in a home where you took responsibility for your actions, regardless of the consequences. A final example would be what my grandfather told me when I was very young, to never give up on anything, even if you fail the first few times. Now a personal code of ethics and morals should always include things like: don't lie to each other, hurt each other, and never steal. Yet, when you read the Code of Ethics, it's much more sophisticated than lying and things like that
