At the Met I noticed that all levels of the organization support each other and are open to correction. As part of my observation, I observed a choir rehearsal. During rehearsals I noticed both the support and openness of the members. During rehearsals, they engaged in several group activities to ensure that each member of the choir sang the correct parts. The members have been extremely supportive. When one section of the choir did not sing well, the other sections shouted words of encouragement. I also witnessed members open up. At one point in the rehearsal the minister in charge gave an incorrect instruction and one of the choir members pointed this out. When this happened, the minister was open to correction and even said “I was wrong”. He then corrected the problem and continued with the
