Skaterers fared differently than normal people because unlike others, no one else in the world moved like them or performed the stunts that were performed out there on the streets. Skateboard's life has been through a struggle of coherence, full of ups and downs as the years go by. Rejected by society, skateboarding has not always been considered a sport by everyone. Some may believe that skateboarding today still falls short of the requirements of what a sport is, but these statements are as wrong as society itself. Since the twenty-first century, skateboarding has grown from the bottom up and has faced lifelong deficits. Only skateboarding has suffered a ban, while still being able to enter the world of ESPN or XGames and make a big impact on the lives of children everywhere. Changing the way people view skateboarding and those who practice the sport will forever be an ongoing challenge that will slowly progress. Just like skateboards, they slowly progressed over time, getting better and better by learning from each fall
