Have you ever met someone who is naturally small and thin? I want you to picture this person in your mind and think about the clothes he or she is wearing. If there wasn't a model showing clothes in that size in stores, how do you think they would feel? Like an outcast. A person discriminated against in society! Now I want you to think if your size was never modeled and people considered it bad for society. You would feel like your size wasn't "accepted" by your peers and/or adults. Why would anyone feel this way about their size? The fact is, they shouldn't. Size zero models should not be banned from society, some people are naturally small and actually encourage a slimmer build for America. Discriminating against a size zero model because of their thinness is exactly the same thing as discriminating against a size 20 or 22. People may be very conscious of their weight because of how much they weigh, but have you ever thought that even small people are not sure of their weight? Americans assume that thin people love their bodies and feel beautiful in every way...
