Teachers need to be aware of how their students learn, so that they can apply new strategies in their classroom. There are many different strategies for providing knowledge, but the two that I find most efficient are discovered knowledge and indirect instruction. However, these two strategies are not the only two methods a teacher can incorporate into his or her classroom. Received knowledge and direct instruction are also effective strategies teachers can use to provide knowledge. As for my opinion on these four strategies, I believe that all teachers should use them. But incorporating more discovered knowledge and indirect instruction into their teaching would help students be more accountable to themselves
