I "think outside the box." I work with people who bring different strengths to the workplace. We all have different ways of solving problems, but we always work together to achieve the same goals. Furthermore, our company works with customers from all over the world. This helps us gain a different perspective on how different cultures operate. Living in the United States helped me discover what diversity truly means, I don't think I would have embraced diversity the same way I do if I had stayed in Chile. I say this because, even though the immigrant population has grown tremendously in recent years , Chileans have not yet fully embraced diversity, unlike the United States, where cultural diversity is very important. I feel very lucky to experience cultural diversity in my daily life. Cultural diversity is essential for me because it helps me interact, learn and accept different people
