Topic > Three Characteristics of an Educated Person - 788

Other people may have different characteristics that they believe an educated person should possess; however, from what I have heard and seen, employers find these three characteristics to be the most impressive. These skills have been taught to me from kindergarten to now and there must be a reason why these skills are so important. Leadership skills show that you are not afraid to take responsibility, that you have goals in mind, and you have confidence. Open-mindedness shows that you respect the opinions of others, show that you are curious about what others share, and are always looking to learn more. Finally, communication skills demonstrate that you work well with others, can speak in front of large crowds, and can deal with difficult situations.
