This particular OCG was one that I did well at, but because I wanted to improve my grade, I had to self-evaluate to determine what things I could work on. After thinking about it and looking at my rubrics, I realized that I wasn't asking questions or insightful questions. Since mid-semester I have wanted to improve this skill to get a more well-rounded grade. In every discussion I have been involved in, I have made it a point to ask at least one probing question and also bring one of my group members into the conversation. Some examples of insightful questions I've learned to use over the year are: "if you live in a world where you have to be perfect all the time, is it really perfect?" and “as it becomes more aware of what is happening, will it eliminate racism?” After midterm I wanted to continue doing the things I excelled at; such body language and behavior. During a small group discussion with Lucky and Johnny, I would ask insightful questions while sitting with a relaxed posture and when they expressed their ideas, I would nod and agree with what they were saying so they knew I was listening. As the semester went on I continued to do these things, but the more discussions I had it seemed to become second nature
