Communication refers to the process of transferring information from one person to another. This process can include communication between many different people at the same time. There are many different ways that people can communicate with each other. Some forms of communication can be written, face to face and by telephone. Other forms of communication are non-verbal and refer to body language, tone of voice and facial expressions. Demonstrative communication is the process in which a sender and receiver talk to each other while using their thoughts and feelings using different forms of communication. This happens through both verbal and non-verbal communication. Demonstrative communication can be both direct and indirect. Demonstrative communication can have both negative and positive effects on both the sender and the recipient. Communication consists of one person sending a message to another person called the recipient. It is important that the sender clearly presents the message he is trying to send to the recipient. This can be achieved by using punctuation, grammar and speaking clearly so that anyone can completely understand the message being sent. The way the message is delivered is important because the sender does not want to confuse the recipient or cause them to misinterpret the information presented. Body language is effective in sending a message to others because you can use your body to show how different movements they make feel. Body movements help “illustrate the message you are trying to convey verbally” (White, D, 2013). Eye contact is key when it comes to speaking effectively with others. When it comes to... half the paper... the destruction of the communication process. Messages can be perceived in many different ways. It's important that both the sender and the recipient are always on the same page when it comes to the message each is sending and receiving. Effective communication requires carefully planned ideas that will participate in the demonstration communication process. Works Cited Quintanilla, K., & Wahl, S. (2014).
