Globalization is the process in which companies begin to integrate and interact across countries and engage in global business. In this process companies move beyond national and national markets to other markets around the world in different countries and regions. Integration can occur between companies, governments of different nations, and people. Globalization is the process of our era in which we live. It affects all aspects, from companies, people and consumers, to the corporate world and cultural relationships such as worldviews, ideas and other aspects of culture. (Stanley J. Paliwoda 2009). It also includes some other aspects such as advancements in transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure, telegraph, and the creation of the Internet. Globalization removes trade barriers and allows for free trade in this electronic age which leads to the reduction of bureaucracy surrounding international trade and also increases the speed in the way we communicate.
