There is no data whatsoever or anything to support that Coca Cola is the better product. The only form of logo used is the quote used by Coca Cola “they may steal our bottle, but they can't steal our taste”. This is not to provide statistics, but Coca Cola is giving itself credibility by using this statement. Although they are giving credibility to themselves, they are not providing any information to back up and support their statement. Pepsi and Coca Cola may seem different, they are more similar than you might think. Both ads are aimed at audiences of all ages, excluding young children. In the Pepsi advert, there is such a simple feel but it gives a lot of meaning. In the Coca Cola commercial there is a war scene that attracts audiences of all ages. Both advertisements use pathos as the strongest use, and ethos and logo as the weakest use of rhetorical appeal. Even though the products may be very different, they both have and compete to be number one in the industry
