In most cases the author talked about the fact that the police officers did not provide enough information to the prosecutor. This alone raises questions for the reader wondering if this was due to the idea that they needed certain backgrounds to conduct the research. Furthermore, the author talks about the trial when the main plot tells how the investigators had to search the offender's house to get more information. He describes it as if the officers had to enter the home without the person who owns the home present. The officer had to call the nearest judge to wake him up and sign the warrant to search the house. It was very interesting to read about the process and what steps they had to take to take care of business. All in all, the search and seizure clause of the Fourth Amendment gives people a voice and protection
