Product recalls occur due to some defects that could endanger the customer or due to some safety issues that put the manufacturer at risk of legal action. When such an incident occurs, the manufacturer must act immediately and effectively as this can damage the company's brand and lead to negative effects on consumption. Recalled products need to be refurbished or recycled, which is a different part of reverse logistics. The recall is a proactive mechanism, applied to avoid accidents and loss of life. Product recalls are also mandatory for the development of manufacturers. From a quantitative point of view, the recall ratio is considered by customers to be an indicator of quality. There are three types of recall:i. Class I Recall:- The most severe classification is a Class I recall, where there is a reasonable probability that use of the product will cause serious adverse health consequences or
