Main Components of Lord of the Flies A civilized group of British kids find themselves stranded on an island with no adults. During their fight for survival they find themselves facing a beast. While some of them surrender to the beast, others find themselves in an intricate dance with it. More complex children like Ralph are at war in their own minds.
