Nestlé also has goals such as:* Improve its products so that customers appreciate them more.* Continue to produce new products to satisfy customers. To be able to complete its goals and objectives, Nestlé knows that it will not be easy. So, to retain them, Nestlé will continue to put a lot of effort into the company's standards in terms of training, development and employment practices, which will hopefully make them an even better company! Although in Nestlé there may be problems in achieving their goals such as making a lot of profits if something happens in one of the levels which may mean no new chocolate projects are made etc. This could then prevent Nestlé from earning profits all because one tier did not pass on projects from the lower tier to the next. In EVT this could also happen if an employee is sick and does not call the employer because EVT would not be able to do the same amount of work as normal, which could lose customers because if the coils are ordered somewhere for the day next time and they don't arrive because an employee is absent, they might go to another business for the rolls because they will deliver them there on time. Sources To find all the information I needed to do my project on Nestlé, I used the Internet by going to the Nestlé website which is www.nestle.co. United Kingdom. I also contacted Nestlé via email to request information leaflets etc. so I can realize my project. Then they sent me information leaflets through the mail. The other sources I used were my father because he works for EVT and the GNVQ BusinessStudies book and my GNVQ teacher.
