What the authors in this article are really trying to say is that when someone is addicted to something they have a different diagnosis because the way they behave has a lot to what to do with their mental state does not necessarily result from drug abuse, but on the other hand if a person is addicted to any type of drug they can experience the same effects as mental behavior. This is a descriptive study and content analysis. First of all, the differences and similarities of the different perspectives in the field of addiction and behavioral symptoms of addiction to various substances were obtained from the scientific literature (1990-2009). Therefore, the data obtained were coded and classified, the topics were discussed and the main questions were extracted. Many experts believe that behavioral addictions can be passive or active and usually contain inducing and reinforcing characteristics that can contribute to the promotion of the addiction.
