The first method is to have the paraeducator as a teacher's aide assisting any of the students in the class. The second part of paraeducator inclusion is based on assigning modifications through the IEP process that will target an individual child. The final way to implement a paraeducator is video modeling. Video modeling is the most individualized process of these three.
