I am caring, honest and open to communication, I love and love teaching and that is why I should be chosen for the nursing residency program. I want to know what the program has to offer. However, this is an exciting career and will allow me to continue learning this profession. I am excited about the different training, the courses that new nurses can participate in and I look forward to it, I am also open to support from experienced nurses who allow themselves to work with new nurses. Ultimately, I want to continue pursuing a career at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and believe this program will help me transition into an experienced and professional practitioner.
