It is a game played with two teams. Each team will field eleven players, including the goalkeeper. Football, also known as football, is a widely known sport nowadays. Due to the confusion between American football and football, the term football is mainly used in Europe and Africa. Originating in England, football is now a profitable sport in addition to its recreational, healthful significance and competitive atmosphere. While growing up, my dream was to become a famous footballer. Driven by this motivation, I started playing football when I was five years old. Since then I played for my elementary, middle, and high school team until I entered college and focused on studying. Football is a global contemporary cultural phenomenon that originated in England in the 19th century (Dubois). After his discovery, soccer had no rules on how to play. An indefinite number of people could play. They can tackle each other however they want, pick up the ball and run when the players want. However, in 1863 the “Cambridge Rule” emerged. One of the fundamental rules was to use the feet instead of the hands, with the exception of the goalkeeper. Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay were the next countries to accept and embrace the game of football (Dubois). The game was first played by English merchant communities and passed on to local groups made up of ordinary people in the community. Football has great significance in the development of strength, health and endurance (“Soccer Health Benefit”). To be able to kick a goal at the other end, you need to be able to run and kick the ball. These two gestures in turn strengthen the person's strength and cardiovascular health.
