Current leadership style based on assessments I have taken: Ambassador: Most Ambassadors are very familiar with how to handle a large number of situations in a dignified manner. These types of people have a tendency to isolate themselves from horrible situations. When conflicts occur, people tend to be more determined in a peaceful manner, to be more convincing and respectful at the same time (Robert & Regina, 2011). Lawyer: Supporters here automatically behave as representatives of the group. These have a tendency to be articulate, logical and very convincing. While arguing a point, proponents use linear and non-linear approaches. In most critical situations, advocates more often need senior ambassadors to persuade employees, build consensus among all employees, and make decisions (Robert & Regina, 2011). People Mover: People in this category are wise mentors. These have a roster of many associates who are always introducing new people for new thoughts and new directions (Robert & Regina, 2011). Truth Seeker: Truth Seekers always create an environment where everyone feels equal. When new policies and rules are introduced, truth seekers help all employees understand the new rules and policies by explaining them clearly. The root causes and critical issues are mostly identified by truth seekers. Truth seekers strive to protect the integrity maintained in the process. Most individuals who triumph in the human resources function are known to be truth seekers (Robert & Regina, 2011).
