4- Analysis of Wale's Leadership Skills and Style through Transformational Leadership Theory With the large number of leadership theories in existence, an approach that has attracted significant attention in recent periods is transformational leadership (Seungmo and others, 2012) 1. Transformational leadership identifies a leader who implements a change, develops a vision and plans action to achieve, and executes the preferred change with commitment from followers (Burns 1978) 1. It can be said that the leadership of Omran The CEO represented a transformational leadership style. Simola et al. (2012) defined transformational leadership as “a type of leadership in which interactions among stakeholders are organized around a collective purpose in such a way as to transform, motivate, and enhance followers' ethical actions and aspirations.” Transformational leaders are considered very good at motivating and inspiring a group of individuals or followers to have a growing desire to realize and achieve a particular vision [1] 1. All this requires a leader with "vision, self-confidence and inner strength “successfully discuss what is popular or acceptable according to the established wisdom of the time” [1, p.17] 1. In this regard, Wael made sure, at the beginning of his role in Omran, to interact with all employees in order to gain insight clear on the way forward for Omran's future in very inspired and motivated speeches and behavior. Bass [1] suggested four components for transformational leadership: Individualized consideration: is the degree to which the leader cares about the needs of his followers and acts as a coach and listens to their needs and concerns. Furthermore, the leader here provides enough information for achieving Omran's goals and objectives. Understanding the four components of transformational leadership helps a leader apply this approach. According to Northouse (2001), a transformational leader has the following qualities: • creates the vision of the organization, using employees in the organization; • seen as a strong role model with high values • empowers members/followers to do what is best for the company • listens to different points of view to be able to develop a spirit of cooperation; • acts as an instrument of change within the organization by setting an example on how to initiate and execute change; • Helps achieve organizational goals by helping others contribute to the organization. By comparing the declared abilities and behavior of the chosen leader it can be confirmed that he possesses most of the suggested qualities.
