3.1 Types of Data Primary data refers to information that can be collected or developed through the researcher. Primary data is expensive and takes too long, such as questionnaires(Burns & Bush,2012). Secondary data refers to historical information and also refers to existing data (Asker, et al., 2013). Compared to primary data, secondary data is faster and costs less to access existing information. Generally, to start a research, the researcher has to do a lot of research on the secondary data to be made available on the topic. Then the research will use the primary data to fill the questionnaire. 3.2 Choice of method When carrying out a survey, researchers must consider two general methods, quantitative research and qualitative research. This questionnaire will apply quantitative research to obtain the results.3.2.1 Quantitative ResearchHair (2013) stated that quantitative research aims to screen a mass of respondents through the application of predetermined response options and official questions. These questions are clearer and easier to understand in quantitative research. According to the respondents, the results of the questionnaire will create very precise and correct information to support this survey. In this report, quantitative research is to be implemented by delivery and collection on reviewing the current conditions of service innovation and factors that can influence service innovation. 3.2.2 Qualitative research Qualitative research refers to the collection, analysis and illustration of data and information through observation of what people say and do, and the observation and reporting must be a non-standardized and qualitative form ( Burns & Bush, 2012). Compared to quantitative research, qualitative research is less s...... half of paper ...... accurate data and information, the questionnaire will be delivered and collected in Singapore. The questionnaire delivered and collected in Singapore and to a sample of people will be carried out through 150 students of PSB Academy and other different workers. All data will be collected from 150 respondents by applying statistical analysis, such as mean, median and mode. All kinds of statistical analyzes and tests will be conducted and discussed by the author. 4.1 Demographic percentage analysis: this part is used to analyze the demographic statistics relating to gender, occupation, age group and monthly income of the 150 respondents in the questionnaire.
