Gang crime and violence have disturbed many communities in urban African-American areas. Involving youth in community programs can ward off violence by focusing on the missing factor in delinquents. Young delinquents are transformed into violent criminals before they have a chance to build themselves, the known reason being that communities play a role in their behavior. One problem many communities face is crime and gangs. Crime and gangs begin to highlight the similarities and focus more on the meaning associated with youth violence from the past to the present. Based on this context, individuals understand the different ways in which certain policies affect juvenile delinquents. Delinquent youth belong to different age, gender, ethnic and racial groups, while society may view delinquency as starting as soon as children enter primary school. Delinquency begins when a child can fully understand his or her misbehavior. to the reasoning on juvenile delinquency, perceived as the fault of young people. In the past as well as in the future, children have faced harsh sentences, such as life imprisonment and death in prison, meaning that the child will lose his life due to the different ways officers use to kill death row inmates. Ultimately, informed discipline was addressed to define a more acceptable approach. Over the years, the prospects of juvenile delinquency appear to have grown tremendously, juvenile delinquency has been described as an epidemic in many communities. One state that has no juvenile delinquency and gang violence is Chicago.
